Visit any branch with a piece of valid identification. Search our catalogue for books, CDs, DVDs and more. Contact us as soon as you can by phone or email and we will temporarily deactivate your lost library card. If you cannot provide this confirmation your PIN will be posted to you at the address we have on file. If you request your PIN in person we also accept proof of identification such as a driving licence or passport.
You will be asked to confirm your personal details against the information we hold before we can reset your PIN. You can also request your PIN at any library or by ringing 03.
